Appearance: The user points at the target be it person or just the ground, the area or person glows slightly and the item or items appear.
Explanation: This is a technique that allows the user to create any item like weighted training clothes, new clothing, a weapon (Weaker than Level 1 weapons with no abilities) This ability is only allowed to be used in sparring topics or training topics not in life or death combat. The user must post an OOC section explaining the item they make.
