History: Gurepu was born to saiyan parents who were only fodder for the Saiyan Army. After their deaths in battle he joined the Saiyan Army to seek revenge and to soon be the leader.

Okay, just a few things here.

First, since you have a picture, I won't request that you expand your appearance, but I will request that you definitely expand on history, as well as your personality. 2-3 lines isn't enough.

Second, an 11 year old saiyan would be a very unlikely candidate for the army. You can keep this if you want, but I would advise against it.

Third, we don't have a planet Vegeta, it is Planet Sadala.
