Appearance: A blue scanner, attached at the ear by a small piece of metal that will keep it secure, so long as the ear or head is not removed.
Abilities:
Scanning: This scanner has the ability to scan opponents, accessing their power level. This is calculated by this equation. Ki Manipulation x Martial Arts = Power Level. This scanner is built to do better than most, even giving a rough estimate of the opponents abilities. This gives you access to the targets highest and lowest stat, rounded to the nearest 10. If 2 posts are spent analyzing the opponent, you can find all of their stats rounded to the nearest 10. If 3 posts are spent, then no further progress is made, so it's pointless to scan more than 2 posts.
The scanner is also able to scan any material known by the scientific community of Sadala, which encompasses any material that isn't specifically stated as not known.
